The Harmony Communication Model
Guidance that restores calm and clarity. Seven steps, one feeling, relief. Each step meets you where you are and moves at your pace. Many competitors use confuse and conquer techniques that raise urgency and reduce understanding. Our model co creates solutions with you, and we publish the process in full so you can see how we work, before you visit.
Hear: We give you the floor. We listen to your past experiance, your future goals, your constraints, wishes, and wins. When you share where you have been, we can help you get where you want to be. When helpful, we also leverage AI to bring current information to the table, not only opinion.
Acknowledge: We reflect what we heard in plain words. You confirm or adjust. This creates shared language for the common goal. The co creation begins.
Reveal: We open the curtain on options that fit your story. Materials, feels, and budgets that make sense. Nothing more, nothing less.
Match: We place your needs beside specific solutions. Try, compare, and notice the signals from your body. Comfort decides, not charisma. If we are not the best fit, we will happily point you to someone who is, even a competitor. We play well with others.
Optimize: Dial in the details. Height, support zones, breathability, tempature, motion isolation, and fabric care. Small changes create big ease.
Nurture: We check in after delivery. Sleep takes time to settle. We offer tips and ongoing care.
Yield: We see ourselves as a trusted friend who informs, so you make the best decision for you. We never push, coerce, or pressure. The experience is for you and about you. When the match is right, you stop thinking about your bed and start feeling your life. That is the yield of Harmony.
How we select our products, the 3 Cs
Simple filter, high bar. Every item must clear three gates before it earns the Harmony stamp of approval.
Customer
Question one. Is it good for the customer. Does it meet and wildly exceed expectations for the people we serve. Will it solve a real problem in a way they will not find anywhere else.
Company
Question two. Is it good for the company. Does it align with the mission, vision, and values of Harmony, and does it withstand the standards we keep for ourselves and the products we promote and stand behind.
Compensation
Question three. Is it good for compensation. Does it financially keep Harmony healthy and put us in a position to provide world class treat for our team memebrs. We are committed to treating our people the way we want our people to treat our customers, with love, care, consideration, and respect.
