About the Role
As a Harmony Experience Concierge, you are the heartbeat of our guest experience; part storyteller, part design guide, part host. You’ll welcome guests, listen deeply to their needs, and curate personalized recommendations that enhance how they live, rest, and restore at home.

Create an experience that feels more like a retreat than a transaction.
Responsibilities
Greet & guide guests with warmth, empathy, and genuine curiosity.
Curate thoughtful recommendations across our premium brands, from local sleep systems, organic mattresses, wellness products, handcrafted furnishings, and local art.
Maintain an atmosphere of calm and beauty throughout the showroom.
Partner with ownership, operations, and logistics teams to ensure a seamless guest journey from consultation to home arrival.
Uphold Harmony Home’s brand standards in every conversation, display, and detail.
Contribute ideas that continually elevate our service and story.
