About the Role
As a Harmony Care Concierge, you're the final touch in a guest’s experience; the calm presence who ensures every item arrives beautifully, safely, and on time.
You’ll oversee distribution, delivery, and guest communication from warehouse to doorstep with precision and care.
You’re not just delivering furniture and mattresses; you’re delivering comfort, craftsmanship, and care.
Responsibilities
Manage deliveries, installations, and logistics with excellence and empathy.
Prepare and stage products for delivery, ensuring presentation meets Harmony Home standards.
Communicate proactively with guests about delivery timelines, updates, and satisfaction.
Collaborate with retail and operations teams to ensure seamless service from sale to setup.
Represent the Harmony Home brand in every interaction; polished, kind, and professional.
Maintain vehicles, tools, and warehouse spaces with the same care we give our guests’ homes.
